We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. That’s why we offer a smooth and transparent return policy to ensure your satisfaction.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Products should be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or wear and tear are not eligible for return.
Custom-made or clearance items cannot be returned.
📦 How to Initiate a Return
Go to your account dashboard and select “My Orders”
Click on “Request Return” next to the item you wish to return
Fill out the form and upload any necessary photos (if the item is damaged)
Our support team will contact you within 24–48 hours with pickup details
💰 Refund Process
Once your return is approved and the product reaches our warehouse, we will inspect it.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or wrong item.
📌 Important Notes
For furniture items, please do not discard original packaging until the return is completed.
In case of a damaged or defective product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
If a pickup is scheduled and missed more than twice, the return request may be cancelled.
