🚚 1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship all over India, including metro cities and most Tier-2/3 towns.
For international shipping, please contact our support team for availability and pricing.
📦 2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Custom-made items or special finishes may require additional time.
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched.

💸 4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee is added at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a service fee.
🔐 5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order from the “My Account” section on our website.
🛋️ 6. Furniture Delivery Guidelines
For large furniture, delivery is done by trained professionals.
Delivery includes drop-off to ground floor/main entrance unless otherwise specified.
In case of high-rise or no lift access, extra charges may apply (shared beforehand).
Please inspect the product upon delivery before signing off.

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to:
Weather disruptions or natural calamities
Festivals, holidays, or government restrictions
Unavailability of customer at time of delivery
We will keep you informed through calls, emails, or SMS if your delivery is affected.

If you wish to change your delivery address, contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. Changes cannot be made once the order is dispatched.
