  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee is added at checkout.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include a service fee.


🔐 5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also track your order from the “My Account” section on our website.


🛋️ 6. Furniture Delivery Guidelines

  • For large furniture, delivery is done by trained professionals.

  • Delivery includes drop-off to ground floor/main entrance unless otherwise specified.

  • In case of high-rise or no lift access, extra charges may apply (shared beforehand).

  • Please inspect the product upon delivery before signing off.


7. Delivery Delays

In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to:
